This farm’s owner, Esnilson Alves Dutra and his family are proud with their farm because it had often been awarded with COE or illy cafe Espresso Coffee Quality Awards Brazil. Their coffees are also certified by the BSCA (Brazil Specialty Coffee Association).

Pulped Natural is the common seen in the Brazil coffee. Difference from traditional sun dry (natural process), the fruit pulp is removed before the drying, that make the dying process more faster and less chance being defected. But yet, some of fruit sweetness is been keep.
